Every Armor-X product is covered by a 12-month manufacturer warranty against defects in material or workmanship — alongside your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
What's covered
Defects in material or workmanship under normal use. We will either repair the item using new or refurbished components, or provide a replacement unit.
What's not covered
- Damage from misuse, modifications or unauthorised repairs
- Third-party device compatibility issues
- Warranty misuse
How to make a warranty claim
Email info@armor-x.co.nz with:
- Your order number
- Claim details and damage photos (where possible)
In-warranty claims include repair and return shipping costs. Out-of-warranty repairs are available at customer expense.
Consumer Guarantees Act
Your warranty rights sit alongside your statutory rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986. The CGA gives you guarantees that goods are of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and match how they were described — and those rights apply regardless of any manufacturer warranty period.
