How do I know which case fits my device?

Every case in our range is model-specific — just filter by your phone or tablet on the shop page. Not sure? Send us your exact model on WhatsApp or email and we'll confirm the right fit before you order.

How long does delivery take?

All stock is held in Auckland and dispatched same business day. NZ Post economy typically arrives in 2–5 business days; courier is 1–3 days. You'll receive tracking once your order ships.

How do I make a warranty or returns claim?

Email or WhatsApp us your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll assess it and get back to you within 1–2 business days. In-warranty claims include repair and return shipping costs.

Do you ship outside New Zealand?

We're primarily set up for NZ delivery, but we can arrange international shipping — get in touch via email or WhatsApp and we'll work something out.
