1. Introduction

These terms govern your use of https://armor-x.co.nz/ and any product purchases. The site is hosted on Shopify Inc.

2. Online store terms

Users must be 18 or older (or have parental consent). You cannot use our products illegally and cannot transmit malware or harmful code. Breaches of these terms result in access termination.

3. Pricing & payment

All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST (if applicable). We reserve the right to change prices, and use third-party payment processors for all transactions.

4. Orders & shipping

We may accept or decline any order. Orders cannot be changed once shipped. We ship within New Zealand and to select international locations.

5. Returns & refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days if the product is unused and in original condition. Customers pay return shipping except for faulty items. See our Refund policy for details.

6. Intellectual property

All website content belongs to Armor-X. You cannot copy, modify, distribute, or resell content without permission.

7. User conduct

The following are prohibited: fraudulent activities, hacking attempts, automated tools, and offensive content. Violations result in account termination and potential legal action.

8. Third-party services

Third-party providers have their own separate terms. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

9. Limitation of liability

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or service. Your consumer protection rights under New Zealand law are preserved.

10. Privacy & data protection
